This fun, young couple — with one little lady and another on the way — landed on an older home in the highly sought‑after Columbine Valley. They fell in love with the neighborhood, the full‑grown trees, and an almost‑perfect lot that had all the charm they were looking for. The house itself, however, was a monster to renovate. Years of “creative” fixes meant an overhaul none of us quite anticipated.

But in the end, the transformation was worth every bit of it. The happy couple moved in, welcomed their second daughter, and are now getting ready to meet their third. A wild ride, a wonderful family, and a home that finally matches the life unfolding inside it.

And I should mention — this is the third home we’ve had the joy of polishing for this family, which made the entire journey that much more meaningful.
