This Golden, Colorado residence, built in 1989 by the original owners, has long been a gathering place for their growing family. With grandchildren now filling the home, we refreshed every surface across the main and second floors. The kitchen, nook, and family room received special attention, celebrating their beloved Sunday ritual of pancakes cooked by Grandpa, with the littles helping every step of the way.
